Finally a shirtless run - yes!

Morning run at Richmond Park 16k 1hr4mins. Felt really good & comfortable.

The arvo was spent in Covent Garden, chillen & enjoying the sunshine ; )

Surely it would have been tooooo cold. I know over at Williamstown for my run at the same time the temp was 6 degrees. I wore a long sleeved shirt and tights.

Good to see you going shirtless Macca ! Hope your feeling o.k. Just gotta get out and run everyday - don't worry about doing sessions, just enjoy the scenery and new places to run and new people to meet and then when you feel o.k. set a new goal ! Sub 2.30 at Berlin maybe ?

Gee the two years that I lived and ran in London, I never once thought it was hot enough to go shirtless.

Reading of your Hyde Park & Kensington Garden run bought back many happy memories for me of training runs there. I would have run there at least four or five times a week. It was very interesting seeing how the park changed over a 12 month period.
