pm - Tempo run 3parks plus a bit extra - 8.5miles (approx 13.5k) 48:42. Plus 2k run to park & 2k home.
Ran with Urban, Kevin & Simon. Run felt comfortable, floated along nicely, although couldn't have pushed the pace much quicker. Kept even splits. Great conditions sunny & slight breeze.
total ks = 17.5k

Keep it up fella. Sounds like you got some good running company. I have been running with Pat Malone of late. He doesn't talk much. Take it easy...
