pm - Regents Park 11.5k no time as didn't wear a watch. Just ran easy & relaxed - wired to sound!
Conditions - gusty & cool, overcast.
Australia are through to final 16 in the World Cup.

I'll have to go for a run one day without wearing a watch, just enjoy the run for what it is without worrying about times/pace etc.
Some late nights coming up.
