pm - relaxed 16.5k 1hr 5mins Regents Park. Conditions - cold/windy/raining

am- rest
pm - track 8x800m splits = 2.33/2.30/2.28/2.28/2.30/2.32/2.32/2.32 (recovery 1.40). Conditons very tough - cold/windy/raining. Warmup 5k/ warmdown 5k.

Wednesday 24/05/06
am - rest
pm - tempo, 2x Hyde & Kensignton Parks - 13.5k 51:10. Conditions - Horrible, gale force winds/ driving rain & bloody cold! with 2x2k run to & from park.

Daily total - 17.5k

Thursday 25/05/06
am - rest
pm - 4x6mins with 2min float - blew up during 3rd rep. Therfore completed 2x6mins 3x3mins. Warmup 6k 25mins /warmdown 3k 15mins

Daily total - 16k

Friday 26/05/06
Rest day! Long weekend over here - Head to Devon (Iffracombe) for surfing weekend.

Saturday 27/05/06
am - surfing
pm - mona fartlek on the beach - soft sand. Conditions horrible couldn't see 50m in front of you (misty/windy/driving rain) warmup 15mins 3k warmdown 15mins 3k

Daily total - 12k

Sunday 28/05/06
am - surfing
pm - long run - costal. 1hr 25mins 19k hilly.

Daily total - 19k

Weekly total = 97.5k

Are you fair dinkum?? The weather sounds louzy. Ran my Sunday long run with my shirt off because it was too hot!!! Keep it up mate, it might be summer soon....joaken..

That's a decent weekly mileage figure.....couldn't you push it for the even ton?
